Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use BookQuest.
• You're responsible for activity under your account; keep your sign-in secure.
• Provide accurate information and one account per person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or impersonate others, or post offensive content in requests.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Cheat or manipulate scores, points, badges, or the leaderboard.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Educational content — not professional advice

BookQuest summarizes books and offers quizzes for learning and entertainment. Some content (for example, books about money or business) is not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Content is partly AI-assisted and may contain errors or simplifications — always verify important decisions with a qualified professional and the original source.

Your contributions

If you submit book requests, votes, or other input, you grant us permission to display and use them to operate and improve the app. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

Intellectual property

BookQuest's design, code, and original content are ours. Book titles and authors referenced belong to their respective owners; we present summaries and learning material for educational purposes.

No warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
